Sonja_screenshotSonja is a 40-year-old woman with Down syndrome. She had a stroke 12 years ago. Before her stroke, Sonja was very active in Special Olympics and loved to workout. After her stroke, she had a difficult time finding her workout groove. Through years of hard work, she is back to feeling strong and independent again.

Sonja uses the Foov at the Ballpark app twice a week  to complement  her other activities. Every time, the app transports her to the game, where she energetically completes a fun and very effective workout. Her favorite part is hitting home runs and hearing the crowd cheer her on. Sonja does a push-up for every home run she hits, which is how she earned the nickname “Super Sonja”.
